Upon receiving a commitment to produce a given quantity of units, we cut and warehouse all parts. With release of orders we assemble, finish, carton and drop ship as directed.
We are vertically integrated allowing us to work with the following materials & perform many of these processes.
WOOD - Particle board, plywood, hardboard and overlays
PLASTIC - Acrylic, vacuum forming, injection moulding and extruding
METAL - Sheet metal, structual steel tubing, aluminum extrusion and wire.
FINISHING - Painting and staining, silkscreening, powder coating, anodizing and plating.
